I am committed to an urban planning policy that firmly places the people of Pully at the heart of decision-making. Living in Pully must remain an accessible privilege, within a high-quality and safe living environment, with vibrant neighbourhoods, smooth mobility, local jobs, and public infrastructure that meets the needs of all generations.

I advocate for responsible urban development, based on controlled growth and well-managed densification. Building more only makes sense if infrastructure keeps pace: schools, mobility, public spaces, and community facilities must be planned in advance and adapted to demographic change.

I oppose unbalanced densification. Acquired rights must be respected in all cases, and new building rights must also serve the public interest by strengthening public spaces, meeting places, and community facilities for the benefit of the population.

I want a city that fosters social and economic life, both in the town center and in the neighbourhoods. This requires clear support for local businesses, lively public spaces, and demanding public-private partnerships focused on attractiveness, quality of life, and local cohesion. This is the pragmatic and responsible vision I stand for, in the spirit of the PLR Pully, in the service of Pully and its residents.
